Butter Chickpea Curry

It was ok, but the canned tomato soup turned me off. I also prefer traditional flavors which incorporate coconut milk over regular milk.

I made this for my small group at Church and they absolutely raved about it. Definitely a keeper and so easy to make! I used instant mashed potatoes and added sour cream to the onions and butter. I also pureed most of the onions for the ground beef in my Cuisinart so even the pickiest of eaters wouldn't wrinkle their nose up at the texture.
