Country Pound Cake
I love this recipe! the first time I made a bund cake and turned out so well. the second time I made it in a metal loaf pan but the edges turned out a bit too over done and in the middle there was still a small uncooked spot. Bund cake it is! Thanks. will be making this many more times. I also added icing. so yummy.

Hot Cocoa Mix in a Jar
We made this to put in jars for christmas gifts. it tastes just like any other hot cocoa mix I think. Not exceptional. it just makes it more special because you make it from scratch. We added some crushed candy cane to it as well which made for a nice colorful layer in the jar. That gave it it's unique flavor.

Cathy's Banana Bread
not as moist as I thought it would be. maybe next time I'll try adding more sour cream. I did use 4 medium bananas. maybe need to use more next time? Average banana bread.
