The original is great. I substituted almond extract on one batch and cut the butter to 1/2 cup and added 1/4" cubed ham on another.. Go ahead and experiment...

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This bread is so moist you will find yourself killing a loaf before you realize it.. It got my attention because it sounded familiar.. Recipe from the 70's had only one difference..Brown sugar instead of white.. Like the white better..good job.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

The wife and I made several loaves and they were OUTSTANDING!! Only fix we had to do was to increase the baking times by 15 minutes.
