This was a wonderful pesto sauce! My whole family loved it! I added pinenuts to mine to add a little texture.

Berry Custard Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2001
I thought this was a great sweet snack. I love that it is low fat. I used peaches and raspberries and I used frozen fruit. It tasted a lot like a cobbler with out all the fattening ingredients.

This was a wonderful pork recipe! My whole family loved it and said that it is definately a keeper. The lime flavor with the oregano was a wonderfully light blend! Thanks Dave!

Honey Crunch Pecan Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2001
The Honey did add a very nice flavor but it was too sweet for our taste. You also may want to use less of the filling so that when you add the topping the pie doesn't overflow quite so much.

Crab Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2001
I used the canned crab meat. I thought that it was only okay. I think it would be much better if you used fresh crab meat. Then it wouldn't taste as fishy. Not sure if I will spend the money to try it again.

Baked Fresh Cherry Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2001
This recipe was GREAT! The tapioca gives it a really nice flavor and texture. I only used 3/4 cup of sugar and it was perfect. I also used about 5 cups of cherries. You may have to vary it depending on the sweetness of your cherries. Thanks for submitting it Cali!

Chicken Jerusalem I

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2001
The wine in this recipe was a little strong for our taste. I think it will be great scaled down a little. My family loved it and it makes a great sauce to serve over rice or pasta! It's a keeper.
