This was better than the take-out we get! My husband loved it. The different flavors/textures was perfect. Had grilled chicken with this, and shredded the leftover chicken to add to the rice for our lunch the next day. So easy to make, this is definitely a keeper! Didn't have peas, used diced up green beans; chopped a shallott very small, so this was a good base start for your recipe. Didn't have semsame oil, used extra virgin olive oil (just a wee bit) and used chicken stock along with water to cook rice.
