Pat's Dumplings

Added a little parsley flakes with garlic/onion powder, since I like them to have a little flavor. Otherwise, great recipe! Really great in my made-from-scratch chicken soup. This is my go-to recipe for dumplings.

Pancakes I

Made these this morning and my hubby really enjoyed them as much as I did! I felt creative and added some cocoa powder and oh they were even tastier. I really like this recipe and will try adding fruit to them next time!

Elegant Lemon Pork Chop Bake

Made this for my husband and daughter and they both loved it. I followed the recipe and it was tasty with potato wedges and steamed green beans. We will definitely be making this dish again.

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

This was better than the take-out we get! My husband loved it. The different flavors/textures was perfect. Had grilled chicken with this, and shredded the leftover chicken to add to the rice for our lunch the next day. So easy to make, this is definitely a keeper! Didn't have peas, used diced up green beans; chopped a shallott very small, so this was a good base start for your recipe. Didn't have semsame oil, used extra virgin olive oil (just a wee bit) and used chicken stock along with water to cook rice.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

This was so good! I made it as directed and my family raved over it; definite keeper. Last night I tried it out with boneless, thick-cut pork chops and it was just as good if not better. Added white wine to sauce and it just made all the flavors pop. Try it!

Andrea's Pasta Fagioli

We tried this for dinner tonight and my husband loved it as much as I did. I made some foccacia bread to go along with for dunking and it was the right mix on a cold winter evening. As a "fellow Valerio" I heartily give this 5 stars!
