The first time I cook was a night when my mom was in the hospital and I was left with my brothers (of 9, 8 and 4 years old) alone in the house, they were hungry and nothing to eat fast, I decided to make a soup, so I combined potatoe and cheese with other things I dont remember now, I was 10 years old, the happiness in the faces of my brothers when they tasted the soup gave me a beautiful feeling of satisfaction, I got addicted to that so since then I have cook and experiment simple things for the people I love, but now I want to start making more elaborated meals, starting with home made bread.
