Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

I am hard to please when it comes to recipes, but this was fabulous! Doubling the spices was perfect, along with adding 1/3 cup of broth to increase the pan glaze. Used fresh garlic, instead of powdered, at the end. For family members liking less heat, you can sprinkle some cutlets with less spice mix.

Dad's Leftover Turkey Pot Pie

Perfect comfort food! I added a little extra black pepper, used homemade stock because I had some in the freezer and left out the green beans because I didn't have any. Even though our family usually prefers heavily seasoned food, they loved this mellow, yet very flavorful, pot pie.
