Mussels Marinara di Amore
This recipe is great and I had never made mussels before in my life. I used canned pasta sauce instead but my husband LOVED the mussels! Said that they tasted like I've lived in Atlantic Canada my whole life!!

Mom's Meat Loaf
I doubled the recipe and omitted the onions and my husband ate 3 of them! Said it was the best meat loaf he's ever tasted and the greatest thing I've ever cooked! But cut the glaze part in half because it makes too much!

Fluffy Carrot Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting
This was great! Added some extra cinnimon and substituted 1/2 the flour with baby rice cereal for added nutrician. My 4 yr old son devoured them! Didn't even need to ice them!
