I love to cook anything that seems to give me a challenge and allows me to use the ingredients to their fullest potential, such as adding as much as i can to a piece of chicken. I would say i love to cook desserts because it seems to come easy to me than anything else. I have made a cheesecake, something even my mom hasn't done. i tried to cook a couple pizzas and calzones, either the top of the crust would still be moist like it didn't even cook, or the dough would tear when i would fold over the dough for the calzone.
