Southern Potato Salad

Oven Beef Stew

This was gorgeous. Followed the directions but used beef broth instead of water and fresh basil instead of dried. We will be making this again.

Chive Cucumber Salad

Simply ADORED this salad! I made a few exchanges consisting of yogurt, white wine vinegar, and wild garlic from my garden instead of what the recipe called for due to personal taste and what I had on hand. I also eliminated the water and sliced and deseeded my cucumbers. Beautiful dish and will be making it a lot.

Tofu Lasagna

Never ate tofu before. I followed other viewers suggestions on drying the tofu and adding more sauce. I also added spinach, garlic, and left out the nutmeg.

Beet and Cheddar Risotto

I liked this very much! I made a batch as directed and one with herb cream cheese and chard. I liked the cream cheese version better but both are lovely. Even my kids liked it!

Yummylicious Japanese Beef Croquettes

Strawberry Cake from Scratch

I read all the reviews and followed the tips of using three 9in pans as well as folding in the whites at the end. Unfortunately, this cake still turned out very dense with a wierd texture. On a postive note it tasted nice.
