Very good. I made it twice. the first time it was great, the second time chewey and gross. I realized the difference; The first time I used a white/yellow frozen mix from Target and the second time the standard all-yellow stuff from another store. For this and everything else, I will only use the white/yellow kind. it tastes like fresh summer sweet corn and makes recipes SO much better!

The World's Greatest Crab Recipe

This is outright fantastic! I discovered this recipe a few weeks ago and made my husband remove the mountain of snow from the grill. Well worth (him) standing out in the cold to make this! This recipe will contend with our summer-time favorite, "Dave’s low country boil," which is another 5-star recipe from this site.

Cheddar Chipotle Bread on a Pizza Stone

I have to admit, I followed the recipe but didn't love it. It was okay but we threw the rest away after having the first few slices. I might make the recipe again as a standard cheese bread with some modifications. Maybe we didn't make it right but it wasn't one of our best breads.

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

This is my go-to fried rice recipe. Much better than the take-out place down the street. Just a drizzle of sesame oil really makes a difference. Make the rice a day in advance to avoid stickiness. Fantastic recipe; Thanks for submitting.

Baby BLT

Fantastic!!! Stumbled across this yesterday and SO happy I did. Best when served right away after mixing the bacon with the mayo to retain the crunch. Made 1/2 regular recipe (for my hubby), 1/2 vegetarian (for me)- used a few chopped veggie bacon slices, shredded lettuce and some shredded cheese for the veg version. will make again and again. will aslo try the same recipe, minus bacon, with tuna for a tuna salad appetizer. Can't wait. WONDERFUL RECIPE!!! thank you for submitting.

Ciabatta

Wonderful! I made 1 big loaf out of the recipe so I could make sandwiches. I have never tried making ciabatta before and this recipe couldn't have turned out better. Will definitely make again.

Gnocchi in Fontina Sauce

Made just as written; it was ok. Too rich and cheesy for my taste. I think adding something acidic like tomatoes or roasted red pepper may help cut through some of the cheese and bring in another flavor.
