Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2015
This recipe is so easy and tastey. Only thing I recommend is, pour the liquid off the salsa, so the salsa, itself; sticks to the chicken. My family loved this. I was reading over the reviews...People, if you're going to make major changes, rewrite it as your own. All the "re-writes" are crazy. Sorry if, I offend anyone, but the rating scale should be on the recipe itself, and not your complete change of the original recipe. Minor tweaks, are ok.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2012
This was the first time I ever made Potato Soup. I used carrots though instead of celery, as I like carrots better. I also replaced the chicken bouillon with a packet of Goya ham flavoring. Was FANTASTIC !! I made some sweet yellow corn bread to go with it. Huge hit. This one is a keeper.

Pork and Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2015
I made this the other night and it was delicious. The only change I made was, I bought cream of chicken with herbs soup and cream of mushroom, with garlic. I salted the pork chops before adding potatoes and soup mixture, It was very yummy. My family gobbled it up. No leftovers. Love that. The soup with the added spices, really made the flavor work, without being bland.

Tater Tot Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2014
My family enjoyed this recipe. I had everything, except the mushroom soup, so I used Cream of Celery. It was yummy. Sprinkled a little cheddar cheese on top. Will make again.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2014
This is the second time, Ive made this. I didn't tweak this recipe much. I used a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of cream of chicken. (Only after seeing the amount of broccoli and chicken there was the first time.) The two together, gave it a nice flavor. Used 1 soup can of milk and no mayo. Added a cup of casserole cheese. ( a blend of cheeses) Instead of layering, I just mixed it all together. I made the stuffing as it said on box, and topped it with the cooked stuffing. 5 minutes before it was done I added another cup of the cheese. I sprinkled it on top of the stuffing and let it melt, in the last 5 minutes. I let the family salt and pepper to their liking, as I hate black pepper. LOL Everyone loved it. It's a keeper, with minimal tweaking.
