Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2009
I have thought long and hard about how to best described this recipe. I personnaly used the BBQ Dry Rub found on this site but halve the salt (I truly love salt but found it to be too salty). I removed the membrane on the back of the ribs for extra tenderness. I used my favourite BBQ sauce which after many different kinds and attempts, found the PC Chipotle and Beer to be the best. For the rest, I followed the recipe to the T and everyone I have serve it to just goes crazy for it. My ribs became famous through my circle of friends and even though I was tempted to take the credit, I made sure to give credit to this site. I considered putting them on the BBQ for a few minutes but didn't see the point. Why change something that is perfect. If you find the sauce too runny after cooking, simply take them out of the package and put them into a Pyrex bowl and add a bit of BBQ sauce for extra stickyness... Lastly, I served the ribs with the recipe Sangria Sangria from this site and Oh Mama Mia!!! MMMmmmmm
