Old Fashioned Creamy Rice Pudding
I just made this, & the way I made it it came out great. Many of the reviewers commented that theirs came out on the runny side, so bearing that in mind I just used 1 C milk, & I had 2 2/3 cups of rice to start out w/. I didn't alter the other ingredients, just the milk & in ratio to the amount of rice I had to use. I was very pleased with the subsequent results, it tastes just like my regular rice pudding recipe, which is concocted over a double boiler. Will definitely make this again when I have leftover rice, which is actually pretty often. Thanks for sharing!

Orange Mango Chicken
Absolutely delicious, very easy & time efficient to prepare. I did add a little cornstarch to the sauce to make a less runny, it thickened up nicely but not too thick. It got 2 thumbs up from this household, will def be making again. Thank you!

Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies
Sadly I cannot rate this cookie high. It was tasty, but it was much too hard & crunchy for my poor, old, aging baby boomer teeth. There was nothing at all soft about them, & I took them out of the oven when the tops were just barely no longer spongy soft on top, & at only 9-10 minutes cooking time. I'll most likely treat my bunnies to them, it will be good for their teeth.
