Eggnog Pancakes

i decided to use bisquick.....NO BUENO!! way too runny. yes i know it says to use flour but i "figured" flour/bisquick- same thing. Lesson learned!! i ended up adding about 3/4 cups of regular flour and voila....eatable pancakes.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

i've made this 2 times. the first time it was very grainy....the second time very oily, lacked taste and still grainy. they say a 3rd time is a charm.....don't know about that.

Famous Pork Chops

my daughter loves this. i make this at least once a quarter. only thing i do diff. is i omit the eggs. the eggs make my crust seem soggy......i am sure it is operator error so i stay away frm it.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

This is a yummy marinade. i usually buy my chicken in bulk and i like to season it then put it away into the freezer for a later date. i think freezing seasoned chicken makes it taste so much better!! anyhoo, used this marinade. only change i made was i used 1 tbs of garlic powder, 2 tbs onion powder and omitted the red peppers cause they don't freeze well. mixed it all up and placed my chicken into the marinade and into the freezer. very flavorful, my kids and husband love it.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

i always buy my chicken in bulk and season them, then break them down to family dinner size portions then freeze. I used this marinade and lemme tell you!!!.... this is great!! my chicken was moist and tender and flavorful. i cooked my chicken in the oven, over a open flame....delicious!!

15-Minute Dinner Nachos Supreme

Made this last weekend for my 5 yr old and the rest of the family. i used ground turkey instead of beef and ground up the beans (as some one suggested) and threw in some orange bell peppers and spinach and onions w/wheat germ. the family didn't know it but they actually had a healthy meal. will use again.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Made this for Thanksgiving....was a hit. Everyone loved it so much they requested it for Christmas as well. I am a 'dump' cook which basically means i add and taste as i go. so i used this receipe as a base. i used more whole wheat than white bread. i used the fresh herbs in combo w/dried herbs and i added a box of stove top stuffing w/ cranberries. yeah, i was 'dumpin' the whole way!!! Great Great receipe!!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

this is "mom's zucchini bread" w/blueberries...i'm not sure if that has been mentioned yet. anyhow, there was operator error on this side. it took waaay longer (like 90 mins) for my bread to cook. and that was just one loaf. so i improvised and decided to go with a pancake making method. Voila!! they are wonderful. my kids love it...as a pancake or slice. like other reviews i should have cut the sugar cause they are a bit SWEET but that is fine. i will definitley be making this again.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

i made these for our easter dinner and they were a HIT!! even my MOMMA liked them. only thing different i did was sub 1 3/4 cup of white flour for wheat flour. i am a beginner cook. if i can do this...anyone can. yummy, yummy, yummy!!!!
