Fresh Strawberry Pie I

Great for one pie.... easy and so good. Love using fresh berries and this is a great recipe I I don't skimp on the berries, so I only got one pie!!

Jo Jo's Favorite Banana Muffins

I followed the other reviews - I added applesauce instead of butter. A bit too dry and not enough banana flavor for us :(

Blueberry French Toast

Wow! If I had a bed and breakfast this would be a specialty! Hubby isn't too fond of blueberries so I added strawberry jam with a few blueberries. I may cut down on the suger in the sauce next time, as it is very sweet!! Very good recipe, my family loved it, and we will look forward to our next B&B morning in our own living room!! Thanks!
