Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing
This is simply amazing as is. If you like blue cheese you will love it. Everytime I make it blue cheese lovers go wild. Yummo! It is even good with light mayo and sour cream.

Slow Cooker Spicy Black-Eyed Peas
This recipe is great. Love the kick. You don't have to soak black-eyed peas however doing so gives you that nice thick broth instead of watery like other reviewers were talking about. Also I cut water to 5 cups. I used a little ham base instead of ham to cut on fat and still get the ham flavor I also used turkey bacon. This is a keeper.

Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole
This is basically the same recipe my family has used for years. With a few changes. Just use a pinch of salt. For the topping we saute a small onion in a couple tablespoons of butter, when onion is soft add crushed ritz or saltine crackers and toast lightly. Then put that on top it really makes it better.
