Best Brownies
Kind of unfair to rate this the way I am but there is no other choice since the recipe was submitted together. I would give the brownies a 10 star if I could. Rich, easy to make, not too sweet and still perfectly moist two days later. I would give the frosting a 2 because its WAY too sweet in my opinion. The frosting is easy to make but I leave it off all together. The brownies are perfect unfrosted but I use another recipe for icing if I feel like frosted brownies.

Chocolate Chess Pie II
The perfect chocolate chess pie! With chess pie it's important that you follow the order of the ingredients and only mix until blended. You can decrease the sugar in this recipe by 1/4 cup and use heaping spoons of cocoa for a less sweet and more chocolaty pie. If you double the recipe decrease sugar to 2 1/2 cups total.

My Crab Cakes
I made these crab cakes the first time and made a mistake on the recipe. They were awesome! For those who mentioned that they don't taste crabby enought, do what I now do every time. Leave out the crackers all together, drain the crab meat REALLY well (press water out with paper towels if needed) and let the crab meat soak up the seasoning/egg/mayo mixture for about 10 minutes. Then create the patties, coat in bread crumbs and pan fry as directed. For 4 servings you will need to double the ingredients (except for the unnecessary crackers and the bread crumbs for coating). So much better, less doughy and salty too!
