Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting
This frosting had great flavor, but was definitely not sturdy in my book. I used a cold bowl and whisk attachment in my Kitchenaid stand mixer, and I never did get it to form a truly stiff peak. I would say it was a soft peak at best. It didn't work for piping or decorating a cake. I should've taken the advice of some of the other reviewers. However, it would be great for icing a 9x13 in a baking dish, and it was tasty.

Wonderful Waffles
I made these for the first time this morning. They were delicious! I only had 1 cup of buttermilk and didn't want to make sour milk, so I used 1 cup of buttermilk and 1 cup of nonfat milk. Also, I did as other reviewers have said and added the entire egg, without separating them first. I only had whole wheat pastry flour on hand, but they still turned out great and the texture was wonderful. This recipe did make quite a few waffles for our small family, so I was able to freeze a couple extras. Thanks for the great recipe! I'll make it next time as written.

Cheesecake Bars
This was an easy recipe and very tasty. I used pecans instead of walnuts (because my husband doesn't like walnuts) and it was great! Next time I might try grating some fresh lemon peel for the filling, but it was delicious just following the recipe. Thanks!
