Too much pepper and the potatoes should be whipped, mashed isn't the right texture. Allow 3 hours! :)

Cake Balls

This doesn't work out at all as the recipe claims. I had the exact amount of melted chocolate to dip the balls into and it's just a mess and looks terrible. Even with freezing the balls ahead. Tastes great, looks like !
