Cream of Broccoli Soup I
Good base recipe with a few minor modifications - after reading a lot of reviews I used chicken broth instead of water and a combo of milk and half and half for richness. In my opinion, this needed more seasoning - I added quite a bit of salt. Also, for additional thickening near the end of cooking time, I stirred in appx 3/4 cup of instant mashed potato flakes - this worked for thickening as well as adding more flavor. Thanks for the recipe.

Easy Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
wonderful recipe-I didn't have sausage crumbles but did have a pkg of Jimmy Dean sausage which I browned up while bisdcuits were baking. While it didn't seem like there was a lot of fat/grease in the pan, it worked perfectly with the amount of flour and milk mentioned above. Delicious!

Apple Squares
Made this for dessert last night and everyone loved them! Could not stop at one - these won't last long. Followed suggestions by other viewers and doubled recipe for 9 x 13 pan, except used 3/4 c of each sugar rather than doubling sugar. Do not double topping as single recipe of that was too much-I would halve the topping next time. Thanks for a great recipe! It's a keeper!
