Gluten-Free White Bread for Bread Machines

I love this bread. My only complaint is that it is really dense, and sometimes seems soggy. It does not freeze well, always too doughy when it is thawed out. I may try popping it in the oven for a few minutes after the bread machine finishes with it and see if that helps. Really good bread with some Nutella!

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

I made this using the "dough" setting on my breadmaker. I added the ingredients in by liquids first and sugar last and let the machine do the kneading for me. I had to add a tiny bit more vanilla because it was too dry for my machine to knead it into a smooth ball. It tastes wonderful!

Unbelievable Fish Batter

I should have went with some of the reviewer's suggestion and decreased the baking powder. It is a great, light and easy batter.

Apple Crisp II

This was very good! I'm pregnant with my third child and all I've been thinking about is apples - this really hit the spot! I scaled it down to 4 servings and didn't have any trouble with it being too sweet or too moist or not enough crust.

Emily's Famous Hash Browns

These were good but I felt that they could have used something extra. I'm not a huge fan of a lot of salt so it would have been nice to add some herbs or something to it for a little extra taste. I only used a couple tablespoons of oil as well.

German Sweet Chocolate Pie

This was very good and fairly easy to make. I made my own whipped cream for it and saved a portion to top the pie with, which I stirred coconut flakes in. My husband is a huge fan of German Chocolate Pie and loves the kind from Pioneer Pies, this recipe comes very close to beating it!
