Fluffy Hot Chocolate

FULL REVIEW: to make a dry hot chocolate mix that tastes amazing just omit the vanilla and milk. Add fat free powdered milk (4tbs per 1 cup of milk subsitute for a total of 16 tbs) and viola you have very tasty hot chocolate. I mixed it up a bit by adding cinnamon, chili powder, or shaved candy canes. Best hot chocolate mix i've tried hands down.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Delicious! The only change i made was i substituted low fat cottage cheese for the cream cheese for the icing part. It tastes the same and is cheaper.

Gobble Up Granola Snacks

HEALTHY VERSION: puffed wheat instead of crispy rice, water instead of corn syrup, 1/2c jam for flavoring (i used peach jam) and decrease the brown sugar by half. I found it too sweet. Overall, great recipe, will definitely make again!

Fruit Salad in Seconds

I had to make 10 times this recipe for a family reunion and added whipped cream and used bananas, apples, peaches. I whipped raspberries into the whipped cream to add some tarty flavor.

Mexican Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas

Substitute low fat butter instead of shortening and only use 1 tsp of salt. I waited 30 mins for the dough instead of min. 1hr and they turned out great!

Frozen Strawberry Yogurt

HEALTHY VERSION: I used 3 cups of fat free strawberry yogurt and 3 cups of pureed strawberries. Also, make your own fat free sweetened condensed milk and save yourself some money (i got the recipe on this website!). I didn't add milk at all because i added the extra cup of yogurt (which is also homemade and i got the recipe on this website too!). Great way to make a no fat, low calorie treat that tastes better than storebought!!!

Rhubarb Bars

I used egg whites and 2 tablespoons of water instead of milk and it turned out delicious! I blended the rhubarb with a tiny bit of water before i poured it onto the crust. For the crust i added 1 cup of sugar because other reviews said it was too bland. I put the crust in a smaller rectangular pan so it was thicker (instead of doubling the crust). I didn't have strawberry jello so i used raspberry and it was very tasty!!! For the topping i put in 2 cups of flour and 1 cup of sugar and it was perfect.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Wow, this is absolutely delicious! Best rolls ever :) I substituted in whole wheat flour for all purpose flour, 1/4 cup of egg whites instead of an egg and unsweetened apple sauce instead of butter and these tasted delicious!
