Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

Simply delicious - and very, very easy - I did spray the pan and put parchment paper down before baking which made it very simple to remove from the pan and then roll up! WILL MAKE AGAIN!

Spring Sweet Pea Pasta Salad

Loved the mix of dill and lemon. I did add a bit more sour cream and mayo - just like a creamier consistency - will make again for sure!!

Sugar Cookie Cutouts

Very, very good sugar cookies. Stayed nice and soft even after they were frosted. Took to work - they sure didn't last long - and everyone wanted the receipe!! I took the advice of one review about rolling out in between parchment paper - that worked great and then baked them on parchment. This is definitely a keeper!!

Stuffed French Toast I

This was an awesome French toast - had family from out of town and was looking for something new and different. I made Strawberry filling and Raspberry filling and had fresh fruit to top each and whipped topping!! They loved it! Will make again!!

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

I can not believe what a simple and DELICIOUS crunch this is. I've been making it for over a year now, and everyone that has tasted it absolutely LOVES it!!! I've even used frozen rhubarb and strawberries and it still is great! Excellent crunch!! What a great way to use the fresh rhubarb & strawberries in combination! Topped with whipped cream or ice cream makes it doubly good!
