Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Just made these cookies. Perfect. These are the changes I made : 1/2 c brown sugar, 1/2 c butter + 1/4 c apple sauce. The rest are exactly the same. Baked for 15 mins. Eggs were at room temp. Not flat at all.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

The taste is heavenly but it is runny. I imagine putting this frosting on regular cake will be difficult. But I used this frosting for my (first time) ice cream cake. I wanted something soft so will not be too hard to cut when it's frozen, and this frosting is the perfect one. I put my bowl and in the freezer for about 15 mins. And I put the frosting real quick on my frozen cake and ice cream, then put it back in the freezer. The frosting (decoration) stood up nicely until all were eaten. YUM.

Master Pizza Dough

This is my first home made pizza I make and this recipe is a keeper. The crust turned out to be very soft, although to me a little bit too salty (next time I will use less salt). I didn't have rapid rise yeast, I used reg. yeast and it's winter, so I let it rise outside under the sun (covered with stainless steel bowl), still it rose beautifully. Definitely will make again. Thank you for the recipe.

Marshmallow Fondant

I am sorry I don't really understand .. is that 1/4c of butter just to rub our hands with? or do we mix it with the dough? I made it yesterday with no butter in the dough and it's kind of dry. I did make 6 butterflies for a test and they came out OK but not shiny, the rest is still in my refrigerator. I read other fondant recipes, they use butter/shortening on the dough. The taste is good though, just dry and not shiny. Maybe if I put the butter in the dough it will be perfect and I will sure increase the star.
