Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

I made this recipe exactly as shown - no substitutions. Hubby loved it. He had not been a cornbread fan before but just raved about this recipe and said it was the best cornbread ever. The recipe's a keeper! Moist and tender, not at all crumbly and dry.

Oat-N-Honey Bread

Makes a really nice loaf with a good texture and light wheat taste. Turns out to be about a 2 pound loaf with ingredients as shown. I adjusted the amounts down to about 1-1/2 pound loaf size, left the yeast amount the same and it turned out great too.

Brown Sugar Banana Nut Bread II

Really good! I mashed the banana slices slightly with a fork before adding to the machine. I also added 1 teaspoon cinnamon like previous reviewers mentioned. It smelled heavenly while baking!

Chocolate Chip Orange Zucchini Bread

I've enjoyed making this recipe for a few years now and get requests to make it every Christmas. It's good to make ahead of time and keep in the freezer, then thaw (wrapped in plastic) for a day before slicing. I substitute applesauce for 1/2 of the oil.

Snow Balls in a Jar

I've made several batches of these cookies, and have given a dozen at a time along with an additional batch of mix to follow the "Snowballs in a Bag" suggestion given below. People love them! Thanks for the great idea.

Old-Fashioned Sally Lunn Muffins

Good flavor, more biscuit-like than cake-like muffins but still very good. I would make them again but maybe add flavoring such as almond or lemon extract.
