Tangy Red Cabbage
This was delicious! The flavors are so good together. I added some sliced onion to it but it's great without it too!

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches
This was very good! I only had about 1/4 cup ketchup on hand but I used picante sauce along with the ketchup I had and it added a lot of extra flavor. I also added red pepper flakes and a splash of hot sauce at the end for an extra kick. Delicious!
