Stuffed Peppers

This recipe is great! I only made one adjustment to the recipe. I added about one half of a chopped white onion to the browned meat and rice mixture instead of the suggested onion powder. Other then that a great easy recipe! Great for St Pattys day Dinner

Lasagna Roll-Ups

This is a great starter recipe! I used Ricotta insead of Cottage cheese for the cheese mixture and added some more garlic (powder) to the sauce and italian seasoning as well. While i was preparing the meat mixture i also added some ground pepper and green pepper. Over all good recipe and easy to modify to personal tastes

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Followed the advice of some of the other reviewers and used a whole 8oz container of cream cheese. For the alfredo sauce i used Classicos four cheese alfredo in the glass container. Just used about 3/4 of the jar. This was THE BEST spinach dip Ive had in a while. Def. comparable to restaurants maybe even better! Easy to make all my guests loved it on St Pattys day... Used it for the GREEN (spinach).... no left overs!!!!

Party Italian Wedding Soup

I am very particular when it comes to wedding soup, my husband is also. im not a great cook by ANY means but i thought id give this recipe a try. It turned out wonderful! I only have a few suggestions 1) Make Better meatballs use 1lb of ground meat and a cup of Italian Bread crumbs one egg 1/3 cup of grated parmasan cheese and about 1/4 cup of parsley. 2) Double the chicken broth and 3) its more of a personal pref. but i cook my noodles seperately not in with the pasta the keep the broth from getting cloudy but, again thats just personal pref, makes no difference in the over all taste... In the end great recipe easy to make and DELICIOUS!
