Bill's Sausage Gravy
Fixed this the first time for Thanksgiving brunch, everyone raved about it. Made it several times since, now I cook the sausage and make the roux ahead so I can reheat the roux, add the milk and cook until thickened, then add the sausage and let simmer until meat is hot. By the time it's done the biscuits are ready to come out of the oven. J.P.'s Big Daddy biscuits and gravy, YUM! Not very healthy but a great special treat.
