Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
Fixed this for dinner last nite, served over rice and it was a hit! Husband and granddaughters both's a keeper! Only thing I did different was cut the hot sauce to 1 tbls for tender palates. Next time, I will double the sauce ingredients, maybe add even more garlic and ginger and keep the hot sauce to 1 tbls, increasing as needed for the heat.Would have been great to have extra sauce for the rice.

Bill's Sausage Gravy
Fixed this the first time for Thanksgiving brunch, everyone raved about it. Made it several times since, now I cook the sausage and make the roux ahead so I can reheat the roux, add the milk and cook until thickened, then add the sausage and let simmer until meat is hot. By the time it's done the biscuits are ready to come out of the oven. J.P.'s Big Daddy biscuits and gravy, YUM! Not very healthy but a great special treat.

Spaghetti Salad I
Delish! The only change I made was to use angel hair instead of spaghetti. Everyone said they thought the flavors came thru better than with spaghetti
