Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Reviewed: May 9, 2010
I have made these a few times now. EVERYONE loves them and begs for more. Thanks for posting such an easy, amazing recipe. I used the ready made chocolate chip cookie dough, froze it overnight and it was perfect.

South African Malvapoeding (Marshmallow Pudding)

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
This was a HUGE hit. Thank you so much! It even tastes good reheated. Just pop a slice in the microwave for 12 seconds and you have an even better taste than the first. I made it exactly as the original recipe suggest. PERFECT!

Sweetheart Cupcakes

These are so adorable. Just a note-- make sure you push the tip of the bag (with colored mix) down into the white batter so you get the effect of the picture. My first batch had more of a tri layered look instead of the centered colored look. Oops. :)

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2009
I placed the salmon and marinade in a zip loc bag for 6 hours. It was amazing! I also saved the sauce and warmed it until it boiled in a sauce pan. Drizzle the remaining hot marinade over the salmon before serving.

Strawberry Mojito

Great recipe, I did reduce the sugar a little and used super fine. Also, I added blackberries and raspberries and made it a wild berry delight! Yummy!!

Soft Sugar Cookies V

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
These were so yummy. Like one of the other reviews, I did not chill them as I didn't have time. The first batch I rolled out on wax paper and used my cutters. Then I pulled out the dough between the cookies and left them on the paper so they wouldn't tear or stretch shape. There was steam when I opened the oven, but they came out great. The rest of the dough was able to chill enough while I did my first batch. I suggest cream cheese frosting and lots of sugar sprinkles.
