Missy's Candied Walnut Gorgonzola Salad

sugar crystallized when I tried to candy the walnuts creating rock hard teeth breaker bits. I stirred constantly as directed... but that can't be right. good, but won't make again.

great, easy, fast. add spices as desired. i added garlic, onion salt, Italian seasoning, and cilantro for a pasta dish. I had to add a few extra minutes on the end because they weren't browning like I wanted.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

tastes like store bought. very time sensitive, had two cookie sheets in at the same time, took them out at 7 minutes. the pan on the bottom burned around the edges, pan on the top was undercooked! will try again one pan at a time! used Sugar Cookie Frosting by Kathy Brandt.

Classic Macaroni Salad

doubled the sauce (to accommodate more pasta). great balanced taste, minced the pimento pepper. everyone loved it. it's a keeper!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Incredible flavor -- but gave 4 stars because the times are off. Tried the fast cook but it was nowhere near done. We will definitively cook this again but only on the long slow cook time.
