Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This was amazing! I did add some freshly ground pepper and a little bit of nutmeg (per more traditional baked mac & cheese), and it was amazing! I also used slightly stale garlic & parmesan french baguette (ground in our magic bullet) for the bread crumbs. SOOOOO yummy!! Even with fat free cottage cheese and low fat sour cream.

Hearty Lentil Soup
This was REALLY delicious. But, you absolutely need more broth, even if you like it chunky (which I do!). I had doubled the recipe and ended up adding 2-3 cups more of vegetable broth. Didn't change anything else.

Baked Ziti I
Best Ziti that I've ever had! Cook it covered to keep it moist. Be sure the onions are cooked all the way through before adding the beef (ours were a little crunchy, even with extra time to get soft before browning the beef). I accidentally only used one jar of spaghetti sauce, but even still, it was amazing! I am sure the extra sauce would've made it even better.
