Banana Oat Muffins
I made the substitutions that others recommended: half brown sugar, half whole wheat flour. I substituted the oil for 1/4 cup applesauce and 1 1/2 tbsp oil. Also added 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chipits and 1/3 cup chopped walnuts. I substituted 1/2 cup of the milk with sour cream and adjusted both the baking soda and baking powder to 1 1/2 tsp. They turned out well. Baked a little faster than I thought. Could use more banana taste, perhaps more bananas next time.
