Mushroom Rice
I made this today for the first time and made some modifications to the recipe. first off i doubled the recipe. I used 4 cups of water, 2 chicken bullion cubes. I didn't have green onion so I used a medium onion. in addition I added 1/2 red pepper 2 pieces of bacon and 4 cloves of garlic. I sauteed all of the vegetables together in the bacon grease. Turned out very tasty albeit less healthy.
