Terrific! If you are looking for a way to use up leftover ham, then try this recipe! This is a very easy meal to prep/cook! The salt & pepper says "or to taste", so I left out the salt completely since the ham and chicken granules are already salty enough and I reduced pepper to 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. I didn't have the granules, so I used the equivalency of 6 chicken bouillon cubes. I also used more ham than recommended (1 1/2 cup) only because I had tons of it. The result was perfect! My husband and three kids are VERY picky eaters, and they each had second helpings. My husband later updated his Facebook status to "My wife just made the best soup that I've ever had!!"... Definitely a keeper!
