Peanut Butter Choco Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2010
I will never go back to making peanut butter cookies with flour again. Whats really interesting about this recipes is that you can change it up a lot with all the different flavored peanut butters they have in the market these days. My next spin on these bad boys will be the cinnamon raisin peanut butter or banana peanut butter - mMMmMmMM!

Absolutely amazing! We had friends over for dinner and they were floored by how good these were. I used besmati brown rice and fresh beans. Definitely increased prep time but made it soooooo worth it! No need for eggs - use your hands people! I will be making this recipe again and again!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe! Make sure to read other's reviews. Definitely double your breadcrumb/bacon mix. We decided to add some jalepeno to ours...it was de-lish!

Peanut Butter Cookie Candy Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2009
I'm still in the process of making these wonderful desserts. There is no doubt in my mind that they will be amazing...but, my electric mixer is taking a heavy beating. The reason for my break is that my hand held is getting dangerously hot and I'm afraid it may cause an electrical fire. If you are wanting to try this recipe, I recommend that you have a counter top mixer for step 2. If you are using a hand held you will be mixing for a very long time before you get the consistency you want!
