5-Minute Guacamole

Very good-but I did change the recipe a little bit. We prefer chunkier guacamole, so I finely minced the garlic with the salt, finely minced the onion and mashed it with the avacado and a couple squirts of lime juice.

Blue Ribbon Overnight Rolls

Our local bakery recently closed, so I needed to make rolls for Thanksgiving. I tried these and LOVED them. They are perfect for holidays as you make them ahead and just pop them in the oven when you need them. Everyone loved them at our dinner!

Summer Corn Salad

This salad was great! Very fresh & tasty. I made it in the morning, to make dinner time quicker. The only time consuming part is cooking & cutting the corn.

Roast Chicken with Thyme and Onions

I followed the recipe exactly and yet my chicken wasn't even close to being ready in the amount of time given. We had to cut it apart and continue cooking it, then broiling to get the skin brown.
