Happily married for 12 years, 2 kids together, plus 4 wonderful stepchildren and 6 stepgrandchildren! We're a large, busy family, very close and we are blessed with so much love. :) I'm always trying to find recipes that will be healthy and keep my weight down, but that my kids will actually eat! I am a surf-n-turf lover, and baking is my strong suit. Spritz cookies, homemade bread, slow cookers, and we love family get-togethers. Roasted my first turkey at 14! My grandmother taught me how to bake bread. She is 92 years old and still bakes! Too many to mention. Mostly due to being crazy busy and can't watch the stove when there is a child "tragedy" happening elsewhere in the house. Tragedies are things like slivers in a foot, or "he's touching me!!!", or "I fell off my bike", or things like that.
