Buttermilk Parmesan Potatoes
These turned out very good! I didn't have any buttermilk so I used cream instead. Also added more parm cheese. I sliced red potatoes instead of cubed b/c I thought they'd cook quicker. Had wonderful creaminess. Will make again!

Mr. Goodbar Frosting
I was looking for a simple recipe that didn't require powered sugar (b/c I never seem to have any on hand!) This was super easy to make... I actually didn't read the entire directions prior to making and didn't realize I was suppose to heat this! I just mixed all ingredients together and it turned out fine!! I also used smooth creamy butter instead... FYI, this makes A LOT of icing, I spread over brownies and had too much left over....

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
This was very tasty!! I too used a pork roast instead of loin b/c it was much cheaper. And the meat turned out juicy and tender. Because I enjoy the flavor of the meat I didn't simmer in BBQ like some other reviewers did. (also b/c I didn't have time!!) Instead I mixed some of the juices from the roast, bbq sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, s&p, onion powder and garlic salt in a sauce pan and poured over the meat. This way you get the great flavor of the meat, but also some of that sweet and tangy sauce! Thanks for the recipe!
