Really yummy! I may decrease the sugar just a tad next time, though.

Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2012
I made this last night with fresh brewed espresso and Torani caramel syrup. It was fantastic and everyone wanted the recipe. I made my own cream cheese and only had around 20 ounces, but it still turned out good.

Delicious! I added some nutmeg to the mix and quadrupled the recipe, so I could can some of it.

Meatball Nirvana

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2012
These are delicious! I will caution folks- make sure you grease your baking sheet before you put the meatballs on it. The recipe didn't say to grease it, so I did not and ended up scraping them off the sheet. Other than that, everything worked well. I added minced garlic since we are garlic fanatics at our house. =)

Jo's Rosemary Bread

Reviewed: May 13, 2012
This was great! I used Muffinmom's directions to make this bread by hand. I really liked the suggestion of brushing it with olive oil and sea salt before baking. Those additions gave it a nice crispy crust with a little zing. =)

Mom's Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2012
This was a hit at our Easter party. I doubled the recipe and accidentally added extra cheese (thought I had a 2 cup bag, but it was a 4 cup bag!). It still turned out great. I did add a little extra milk at the end to make it a bit creamier. My extra cheese slip may have made it drier than usual.

Boiled Bagels

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2012
These are simple and delicious! I had left over whey from making cream cheese, so I subbed it in for water in this recipe. I also proofed my yeast by mixing it with a tablespoon of sugar and the whey for 5 minutes before I added everything else.

Pretzel Turtles

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2012
These were sooo simple and so addictive! I took other people's advice and coated the pecans in butter and a little sugar and then I roasted them for 10min at 325. It made these candies extra scrumptious!

Spooky Witches' Fingers

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
These were really yummy- nice and buttery! I added green food coloring to the dough as well as a little extra sugar. I also took other's suggestions and dipped the almonds in strawberry jelly before inserting them into the "finger". I smushed the other end of the cookie and added more jelly, to simulate a severed finger. It was awesome!

Bread Machine Bagels

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2013
WOW! This is the best bagel recipe I have found so far!!! I don't have a bread machine, so I made this by hand. I proofed my yeast for 10min then added flour and salt to the mix. I kneaded the dough, covered it with a damp towel and let it rise for 30min in a warm area. After that, I punched down the dough and gave it another 30min. I only cut my dough into 6 sections (I like big bagels) and shaped them into bagels. I let them rise for another 15min and then added them to boiling water. I decided to do an olive oil wash and then added some minced garlic and pretzel salt to the tops. SOOO GOOD!

I love this chili. I add extra kidney beans and corn. Since I am a weenie, I leave out the habaneros. ;)

This was fantastic! I do suggest doubling the spices though because it does not make enough.
