High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2009
This recipe didn't work for me, I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of the spices. My roast was 3.1 pounds at the end of the 2.5 hours my meat thermometer only registered 130. I had to turn the oven back on and continue to cook it. The roast did turn out fine in the end. I don't think I will ever try this again.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2008
LOVED THE SALSA but hated the chips. Ended up buying cinnamon graham crackers for the dip which worked out to be even tastier than the chips. Great recipe!

Spanakopita II

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2008
I'm giving this 4 stars because I really didn't care for the use of the phyllo dough in this recipe. I found the dough to be dry and very messy, however the spinach part was awesome so what I did was slice a loaf of french bread, drizzled it with evoo, baked till crunchy and just use it as a bread dip. Everyone loved it and thats the way I will make it from now on. Nice recipe, Thank you

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2008
First let me say I had a hard time coming to grips with the fact it took 3 cups of sugar and 1 cup of oil, both ingredients seemed like it would be way to much. It wasn't. I made this into muffins instead of a loaf of bread. It came out so moist and tasty. One of the best pumpkin bread recipes I have tried. Do not alter as it is wonderful the way it is written.

Garlic Croutons

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2008
Although this was very good i'm only giving it 3 stars because it tasted like you ripped pieces of your loaf of garlic bread and threw it on your salad. Does make a good garlic bread recipe.

Grilled Sea Bass

I did not care for this recipe. Had to kill the fish with lemon just to eat it. I think your better off just using butter, lemon and pepper on it. Just my personal opinion.

Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2008
Made these for the 4th of July and I let them marinate for 5 hours, everyone loved them. The longer you marinate the better they are, 1st time I made these I only marinated for two hours they were still tasty but much better the longer you keep them soaking.

Herbed Twice-Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: May 10, 2008
These potatoes were so tasty and easy, I used 3 medium potatoes and followed the directions. Once I tasted them they just didn't seem quite right so I went by taste before stuffing them into their skins. The result: 3 Potatoes,6 oz of cream cheese and 4 tablespoons of butter. Now for the drizzle part, I drizzled a bunch of butter on the tops of each spud. When we sat down for dinner there was no need to add more butter or sour cream to the potatoes. Turned out excellent.
