Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2010
This turned out so good! I read some of the reviews and wound up coating the chicken in bread crumbs and pan frying for 5 min each side and then baking the chicken until it was done. The sauce I cooked separately and poured on the chicken after it was done. This was one of my fav dishes so far.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2010
By far better than the box brownies! I used 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 1/2 white sugar, and I used a 13 X 9 pan for 35 minutes and they came out perfect! Very easy to cut and nice and fudgy in the middle.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2010
These cookies are so tasty! I only changed a few things- I added 1/2 c extra flour, 1/2 teaspoon more baking soda, I cut the salt in half, and I sued 1/4 cup extra of dark choc morsels. 12 min baking and they were perfect!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2009
I really liked this recipe. I also made some changes that others posted in their comments: I used Mozzarella cheese instead & put it on the last 5 min of baking. Made my own pasta sauce: fresh tomatoes, can crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt & pepper & sugar, sauteed garlic & onions in white wine & oil. I put the sauce on the bottom and on top of the chicken.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2009
I normally never eat enchiladas.. but I really liked this recipe. I used this recipe with the red enchilada sauce recipe and they were a huge hit, everyone LOVED them! Even good as leftovers. I put the olives on the side and the whole can of green chiles in the chicken mixture.

Really tasty w/ apples! I added Maraschino cherry juice also, and it gives it a little color and flavor. Huge hit at parties & BBQ's :P
