About this Cook
I am 45, with an 8 yr old daughter recently divorced and married to a really great guy who also loves to cook. I just wish I had the kind of kitchen to cook in!!!
My favorite things to cook
I love to make Chili, Stir Fry, just about anything. I just hate cleaning up!!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making christmas cookies between Thanksgiving and Christmas when I was younger. Enjoy planning and cooking along with my mother. (who is a fantastic cook - but so is my new hubby!)
My cooking triumphs
winning honorable mention in a girl scout cake contest.
My cooking tragedies
too many, I tend to burn stuff on the stove top!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
I made this last weekend, and I can honestly say both pies were devoured in 24 hours. I love this recipe it's so easy. This called for 16 oz I only had a 12 or 13oz "frozen whipped topping carton" and it was plenty. I bought some chocolate Sundae syrup and squeeze over the top. It got rave rave reviews by my family. Highly recommend this recipe

This was a wonderful turkey, great flavors. I made it for my family this thanksgiving, and it was a huge hit. It was lovely on the table. Thanks!
