Amazing dish. A winner, for sure. This was such a hit at the party, that I forwarded this link to everyone who asked for the recipe. I'll be using it again soon.

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2009
I tried this last night. Great combination of flavours. The basil give this dish a very fresh taste. I might have let the flavours absorb more by simmering longer, but nevertheless, a very tasty dish. Leftovers should be even better today.

Sauteed Mushrooms in Garlic

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2009
A very simple recipe to mix up plain fried mushrooms. I used fresh basil instead. It turned out to be a very tasty sidedish that recieved more attention than the main. I'll try it again. Maybe white wine next time.

Easiest Spicy Cod

Reviewed: May 21, 2009
I had taken cod out of the freezer and needed to cook it. I found this recipe and decided it was simple enough. It turned out to be a very pleasant surpise. Instead of parsley, I used fresh cilantro. So easy, and so tasty. It took 2 minutes to prep. I'll use it again.

Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Orzo

Reviewed: May 24, 2009
Great combination of flavours. I served it at a BBQ, and received plenty of positive reviews. The basil gives this a very fresh tast, and sundried tomato adds a nice sweetness. I'll try it with feta cheese at the next BBQ.

Sushi-Inspired Tuna Salad

Reviewed: May 24, 2009
I tried this because I had some leftover wasabi from takeout sushi and found this idea to be different. Pretty neat concept, but not a dish that I'll likely try again. But it was worth the effort. Thanks for sharing this one.

Best ribs I've ever had. I used side ribs, so I cooked them in the oven a little bit longer. This sauce was so tasty. I will definitely use this recipe again.

Tangy Shrimp and Scallops

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2009
Instead of grilling on skewers, I placed the shrimp in a foil tent and sealed in the flavour before grilling for approximately 10 minutes. There was no risk of it drying out this way. Very nice marinade.

Amazing wings. I marinated for about 8 hours, and added a splash of sesame oil and a pinch of freshly grated ginger. Next time I will marinade for 24 hours for full flavour. Great recipe.

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2009
Great idea. I seasoned the broccoli, and then sealed it in an aluminum foil tent and cooked it on the grill for about ten minutes. I'll do this recipe again. Next time, I might try to sprinkle in some almond slices as well.

Pretty good wings. I tried this recipe because of all the positive reviews. Not as dynamite as they were hyped up to be, but still a tasty, simple recipe. I'll try them again.
