Rich Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2012
I adjusted the serving size to 8 and still ended up with way too much for my 9 inch round cake. I had only about 5 tbs of cocoa powder left, but even so it was still very chocolatey and delicious!!

Awesome recipe. The flavor was great. To make it healthier, I omitted the butter and used olive oil instead.

The dip did taste good but I could hardly taste the spinach and red pepper. Maybe I will use more of them next time.

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
I used a different recipe for the sauce, but the falafels are absolutely amazing. Like many of those suggested, I also baked them too. They turned out great.

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Reviewed: May 10, 2010
In addition to the original recipe, I used portabello mushrooms, onions, one full cup of chicken broth and a dash of white wine to make the sauce. My husband absolutely loved it!! It was a great dish! Another note, the more lemon the merrier!

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2010
I made this for my in-laws the other day, and they absolutely loved it. My mother-in-law has been using her own lemon meringue pie recipe all the time but thought this recipe is even better than her own! The only change I made was substituting white sugar with Splenda.
