Stuffed Green Peppers I
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COOK MEAT BEFORE STUFFING...just increase cooking time...Original Old recipes never cooked the ground beef. Bake at 365 covered..the meat will cook in the peppers.

Coal Miners Pasties
I'm from Northeastern PA..Coal country..we make these all the time for church fundraisers. Ground Beef, white potatoes, onions and served with Brown gravy. You can save tons of time at home by using pre-made pie crust. Layer Potatoes, meat then oniion seasoning with salt and pepper and some allspice as you go. NO NEED TO COOK ANYTHING BEFORE..bake hour or so in 375 oven...pour gravy over and enjoy!

Irish Stew
This is 'original' Irish Stew. Made with lamb. Not beef as so many others have. And a thinner broth which is also the way it should be served. Fantastic! Was wonderful. I shall add this to my Irish recipe book. Erin Go Braugh!
