I will soon be married 47 years and have gone from cooking 3 meals a day and hardly ever eating out to eating out a lot. We travel in an RV and are usually gone 6 months at a time. I am back to cooking 3 meals a day whenever we are in Indiana for an extended period of time. I like to cook Mexican dishes and salads. I have always enjoyed baking but don't bake as much now since we don't need all the sweets. Baking a turkey on Thanksgiving no matter where we are in the United States. I have left giblets in turkeys several times and have even dropped it in the floor when removing from the oven!
