Thought these were delicious and easy to make. I used apricot jam for the filling.

Mexican Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2013
For us, this recipe is a regular. Very tasty! And easy to prepare. I had some trouble with the noodles cooking all the way in the oven so here are some alterations so that you can make it with cooked noodles: 1. Cook the noodles on the stove before layering in the lasagna. 2. I used only 9 noodles to make it less "noodly". 3. Omit the water if you cook the noodles before hand. 4. Season the beef!! 5. Double the sour cream! Yum.

Grandma Johnson's Scones

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
Wonderful! Everybody should make these-I made an orange version with orange glaze. I ran out of baking powder, powdered sugar, had no orange extract and no way to zest my orange and they still turned out wonderful! You can't go wrong with these, and there are so many different flavor options!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Great easy recipe...very tasty and moist..needs more ketchup glaze for my taste, but still delicious! I added a bunch of my favorite spices and flavorings and put the glaze on top instead of bottom.

Excellent! Made a double batch and used rice vinegar in place of cider vinegar. Everyone loved it!

Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2009
This was easy to make, but it was very bland. I've had more flavorful baked spaghetti in the past. Next time I will use this as a base recipe and add a lot of flavor.

Excellent recipe. I didn't have enough peanut butter, nor did I measure everything and it still turned out wonderful!

Chocolate Mousse Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2009
Excellent pie! Easy to make. My husband and guest loved it. I used semi-sweet morsels (6-7 oz)...make sure chocolate mixture is completely cooled before adding whipped cream...and be sure to "fold" in the whipped cream instead of mix. I made the graham cracker crust (1), to go with it which I found on this website. It was easy and delicious as well.
