Emily's Easy Sausage and Spicy Tomato Dip
This is awesome stuff! And as usual, I had to compromise with what I had on hand. So this is what I used...1-14oz can Hunt's Fire Roasted diced tomatoes, drained and 1-4oz can chopped green chili's undrained. Turned out delicious! This is a great recipe and I can't wait to experiment with it, thank you Emily! I bet this would be great over pasta :)

Lemon Pie Bars
If you love lemon, you can't go wrong with these bars! Easy and quick to make and the sweet and sour combined with the shortbread crust is a great combo. As others have commented, I would definitely double the filling to match the thickness of the crust, but other than that I wouldn't change a thing! Thanks for this wonderful recipe. It's a keeper.

Ricotta Cake
I like this cake because it's very versatile. And as usual I had to substitute for what I had on hand. This is what I did: Used a Lemon cake mix with 1lb. ricotta cheese and 8oz. softened cream cheese. Then I used lemon extract instead of vanilla. The results were wonderful and because I used half cream cheese it didn't have any standing moisture in the bottom. I also used the Lemon cream cheese frosting off this site as well. Next time I'm going to experiment with strawberry flavors! So glad you shared this recipe!
