This is the first time that I have ever tried to make a pizza crust from scratch. I have to say that it may be the best that I have ever had. I am not a great cook but I did manage to complete this recipe without too much hassle or drama! I pressed this recipe into a 13" pan which made this seem somewhere between a deep dish and thin crust. I really liked it because it was both crunchy and chewy. Also, the flavor was great. I must admit that I put a teaspoon of whole thyme in the recipe. I liked it but it might be a little strong for many. Still, I will probably tweek this over the years; yet, this will be my recipe for pizza crust from here on.
